Asset addict’ Robby Clark hits 241K on Instagram, as he excels in developing over six companies and generates over two hundred million dollars with holdings.

The Canadian born entrepreneur began a career in acting in his teenage years yet rapidly burnt through the funds he’d earnt and went from earning over six figures to being penniless at twenty-one. Clark immediately started looking for other ways to receive income. After some time working in hospitality waiting tables whilst trying to write and produce tunes, it was only at twenty-five that Clark started to explore the world of real estate.

Clark accumulated a two thousand five hundred investment from several people to purchase his first rental home and realised this was a career path he may be interested in.  ‘Everything I know, I’ve learned through books and trial and error’. Learning the ins and outs of real estate led to Clark discovering how much areas outside of the large cities in Canada needed housing.

‘Canada’s real estate industry suffers from a decades-old problem: lack of supply & capital investment outside major metropolitans. This gap helps create excellent opportunities for investors, homeowners, and ambitious entrepreneurs with the ability to look past the now.’

SID Developments was born, founded by Clark, to form a system of businesses committed to making value in areas that had been abandoned by capital investments for long periods of time. ‘It takes the redevelopment of existing housing to drive up demand and to allow for developers to re-enter a city.’

Later down the line, Clark continued to expand his business and set up SID Renos and RWC Property Management which are responsible for real estate holdings, infrastructure, and renovation projects. The entrepreneur’s portfolio doesn’t stop there, he went on to found a snow-removal company, a local landscaping business, a golf course and a meal delivery service.

Buying up to four million dollars weekly in real estate and exceeding income limits, Clark went from broke teen to money machine in no time and believes the key to success is loving what you do.

‘Many hobbies have the potential to provide benefits that can improve your level of success as an entrepreneur.’
