British Food Photographer of 2018 Award winner Jade Sarkhel started as a freelancer who made the leap from a 9-5 to working as a photographer, Jade Sarkhel is slowly realising her dream. Having worked in hairdressing previously, and with several stints in marketing, she began to look at alternative options in her working life and it’s paying off handsomely. Earning significantly more than she did before, the photographer now hires staff herself instead of working for others.
