Twenty-three-year-old entrepreneur, Nella Rose went from a Leicester University student to one of the largest social media influencers and vloggers within a couple of years and we’re here to share her story, let’s take a look.
‘When I got to secondary school, my dad got me a camera. So, from Year 7 to Year 11, I vlogged the whole journey. I even made this DVD that I was selling on results day.’
The London raised Instagram personality began a YouTube channel in 2015, where she featured numerous stories, looks and challenges. Throughout the years, Rose began learning what her viewers were interested in and started to change her beauty videos into more relatable topics and fashion focused.
Rose also spends her time interviewing some iconic actors and actresses to share on her channel, including celebs like Jade Pinkett-Smith and Michael B Jordan.
Since growing her social media and becoming a well-known influencer, Rose was born into the collaboration world and became the ambassador for Fashion Nova Curve, along with working predominantly for Pretty Little Thing. Following her love for fashion and entrepreneurial dreams, Rose became the founder and CEO of ‘Faces London’, a unisex streetwear brand, inclusive of all sizes.

With almost thirty thousand followers on Instagram for the brand, collections are said to sell out within half an hour. The authenticity of her YouTube personality and passion for body-positivity has led to a strong following for her brand, using her fame to follow her entrepreneurial endeavours.
Most recently, Rose has become a podcast host for BBC1 Xtra ‘Pressed’, along with Mariam Musa and Adeola Patronee which covers comedic topics and general talk between her friends. The goal for Rose is to continue growing her London brand and online presence, to give aspiring entrepreneurs and Youtubers a Gen Z role model that they can relate to.
