Iman's Story

21-year-old, Iman Gadzhi transformed his life from rags to riches.

Iman Gadzhi grew up in a poor village, in the south of Russia, named Dougie Sun. Iman’s father wasn’t present much throughout his upbringing, he was mainly brought up by his grandparents as his mother worked hard to provide for the family. According to Iman’s interview with Omar Elattar & The passionate few, at 14 years old, Iman felt that he wanted to help provide and be the man of the house and talks about his mother going through a dark depression. From here on, he started reading books and spent his weekends in library’s gaining knowledge. During this time, Iman started his first business flipping Instagram accounts, this is when he felt inspired to achieve more.

When Iman was 17 years old, he dropped out of high school as he wanted to go to college but didn’t know how he would afford it. Forthcoming to this, Iman moved to London and started off with nothing. Here he started to develop his own online social media marketing business. As the former entrepreneur continued to work hard, his business sky-rocketed and so did his income but he wasn’t always so dedicated to his work. Iman admits in recent YouTube interviews that he struggled, he said he went out, clubbing and took drugs a lot and specifically talks about new years day 2017, where his whole mindset shifted, after throwing up in his kitchen sink and seeing sadness in his mother’s eyes.

Iman made changes to his life and worked hard on his social media marketing business. He is now founder of grow your own agency and IAG Media and has transformed his life. The young entrepreneur has since made millions. Although Iman’s income seems to always be increasing, he makes gratitude and self-progression the new trend, no matter how much money he makes, he continues to be grateful and continues to post his raw truth on his social media platforms, reminding everyone there are good days and bad days.
